The Team

Fanae graduated with honors from South University in Savannah, Georgia in 2015 with a Masters of Nursing. She is certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is dedicated to giving the best care possible to each patient. It really is all about you!

Jen is registered medical assistant with 27 years experience who enjoys working with patients  of all ages! She also has her phlebotomy license. She will gather information during your visit, and perform testing and treatment as ordered by the provider.

Andi is our office manager and receptionist. She will greet you at the front desk to get you checked in for your visit. She will also work directly with your insurance to help you through the billing and claims process.

We provide care for patients of all ages!!!
